Refund and Return Policy for Prints

Each print is made to order through a professional print-on-demand service to ensure high quality and customisation.

Due to the personalised nature of the product, refunds and returns are not available for change-of-mindpurchases. However, it your print arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem, whether by offering a replacement print or a refund. Please note that colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and are not considered defects. Thank you for your understanding and support of our custom artwork!

We currently ship exclusively within the U.K. Our print orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted partner Prodigi, to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Packaging

Your prints will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Smaller prints are usually shipped flat, while larger prints are rolled in sturdy tubes for protection.
